The situation
Linearweb runs ads and opt-in funnels for clients. The setup looked simple from the outside, ad → landing page → opt-in form → CRM → email sequence, but the pipe between the steps kept leaking. Leads were dropping out somewhere between the form and the CRM. Tracking was telling one story, the inbox was telling another. The automation that was supposed to make the business scale was quietly costing it leads.
Brilliance had the problem isolated to a few specific points but needed someone who could actually go in and fix the plumbing.
What I built
A targeted intervention rather than a rebuild, going through the existing automation, finding the breakage, and fixing it without throwing out what was already working.
- Audited the full ad-to-CRM pipeline, Meta Ads → landing page → form → Make.com → CRM → email sequence. Identified exactly where leads were getting dropped.
- Rebuilt the failing handoffs with proper error logging and retry logic, so future breakages would be visible and recoverable instead of silent.
- Tightened up the opt-in form integrations so every submitted lead actually landed in the CRM, with the right tags and the right source.
- Set up monitoring so Brilliance gets notified the same hour something fails, rather than discovering it via a confused client a week later.
The outcome
The pipeline runs cleanly. Leads that come in via ads end up in the CRM, in the right place, tagged correctly, ready for the email sequence to do its job. The system can scale because the parts that broke last time are now the parts that get monitored first.
“Dan is the guy when it comes to automations. He fixed issues with my ads and opt-ins quickly, understood exactly what I needed, and delivered flawlessly. Communication was excellent and everything now runs smoothly. I 100% recommend him.”
